Refund for Damaged Items:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to damaged items during transit. If you receive a damaged product, we require you to provide a parcel opening video (uncut) as proof. This video should clearly show the unboxing process and the condition of the damaged item.

How to Submit a Refund Claim:
To initiate a refund claim for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
– Contact our customer support info@adornscustomgifts.com within 2 days of receiving the damaged item.
– Provide a clear and uncut video of the parcel opening process, clearly showing the damaged item.
– Our team will review the video and assess the extent of the damage.

Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the damage. We may offer a full refund, a partial refund, or a replacement item at our discretion.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your refund claim is approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refund Denial:
Refund claims without a valid and uncut parcel opening video will be denied. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for damages caused by mishandling or misuse after the product has been delivered.
